Congrats! The house is built. Now you only need to plant the tree and make the child, you know what they say… Well, I’m new around here, so I’m not sure, maybe you’ve already done those too 🙂

Congrats! I recently started making additional principal payment in an attempt to pay off my mortgage faster. Good luck with your house!

Mazeltov, there is nothing better then owning your own house, and the cost is nothing compared to the joy.

Congratulations $200,000 is a lot of money, but I am glad you have got your own place now. Make sure you review your mortgage often as this can save you 1000’s over the term.

Getting a house may be tough but not impossible. The task is to get converted your house into home. That really will mean you what a home is not just your residing place but a temple for your peaceful life.

Well I decided to finally contract my own home. It offered several benefits. The ability to control the quality of the home that I wanted to build, provide a custom home built to our design use and standards, and the ultimate benefit to save thousands on the cost of building the house since we contracted it ourselves and cut out the contractors cut usually 20% or more of the cost of the house. I even produce a blog to document my journey so that anyone contemplating going that route can follow along.
