It was a rental house and the landlord was selling off all of there property to retire. The people that were living there would only agree to let it be shown for 3 hours on saturdays so they were having trouble selling it. I think that is why they let it go for cheap as similar places in the same area are going for much higher. Hopefully this is a good investment and I can't wait to move in!
