MyBlogLog vs Bumpzee
You may have noticed over the last few days that I added Bumpzee to the fox. I wanted to see if it would be as useful as MyBlogLog. Not only didI add the Bumpzee visitor plugin, and added the bump this button to each post.
As far as traffic goes, nothing came from bumpzee and no one seems to like the “bump this” button on each post either. I did not really like the Bumpzee site either, at least compared to the MyBlogLog site.
So in response to this not very scientific experiment, I am removing the Bumpzee plugin and button. Maybe I am just not using it right, but I followed all the instructions and if it takes more than that for it to be useful than I am not interested.
So the winner this round is MyBlogLog! Make sure to add us as a contact.

I think bumpzee is still to small for the widget to work magic with traffic numbers like the much larger mybloglog.
Bumpzee at the moment is active with the no-nofollow movement. This can also have to do with most of the people in bumpzee are online marketers.
I have come to your site based on it being listed in bumpzee, I have been encouraged to post a comment by the no-nofollow. so it works in some ways.
Dont think your wrong removing the widgets on your site, but maybe you still check in a bumpzee because good stuff for blog owners is going on.

Bumpzee is still a very niche service. It’s also very popular with affiliate marketing. I think it works well with your blog.

Thanks for the vote for MyBlogLog. I like what you did with the Snap preview next to each name on the reader roll, great idea!

I’ve seen a few Bumpzee buttons on blogs but never really took much notice, they’re a bit ugly. BlogCatalog is better or atleast more popular, MyBlogLog has done the best for me traffic wise.
