Selling your home - A little paint can go a long way

Do you know what colours sell? Did you know that there is a psychology behind the use of colour, which if used properly can help you sell your home faster and for more money?

The general rule is that if you will be selling your home in the winter then you should paint the interior of your home in warm colours. The opposite is true for the summer, if you’re selling during that time then you should paint the interior in cool colours such as blue, purple, cyan…
