To Blog, or not to Blog… where’s the motivation? Part 2

Filed under: Make Money Online — Jason @ 8:27 am

Welcome to part 2 of however many I feel like writing on this subject. As Both Amy and I are learning I am sure we will both have a lot to say on the subject. Keeping your motivation to blog can be tough, especially when you first start out, so this series will hopefully give you some tips to help keep you motivated.

What is the funnest thing I have experienced since starting this blog? I would have to say it’s the relationships you start to have with other bloggers. I have found that most other bloggers are more than willing to help you out, give some advice, whatever you need. There are a lot of great people writing blogs out there and it is fairly easy to find them. A lot of what this blog has become is owed to advice and tips from other bloggers. They can help motivate you in a number of ways, from giving you an idea for a post, to just being an inspiration or a model to guide you.

The other thing, that can actually be equal in funtasticness is doing the same thing for others. Passing on the knowledge that you have gathered, plus your experience to help other bloggers. I love being able to help and teach people and it gives me a great personal satisfaction that I was not expecting when I started writing this. Try and be an active part of the blogging community, it is a great motivator and you just might learn something.
