I'm not sure if I’m alone in this but I've notice that ever since Jason and I started this site i've been having trouble getting to sleep at night. I think it might have something to do with the fact that I write most of my posts right before I go to bed. By the time I’m finished writing, I'm wired and my brain just won't shut down! I'm really bad for this one. I usually just go to bed whenever I feel like it and I always sleep in on the weekend which really messes me up. 2. Avoid stressful/stimulating activities (like blogging) right before going to bed. 3. Only use your bed for pleasure and relaxation - this means no blogging in bed. 4.
