WordPress Plugin: Related Posts

Filed under: WordPress — Jason @ 1:24 pm

It’s time for another round of ‘improve you blog with fantastic plugins”! This time we have installed the Related Posts plugin. I’ve seen it all over the place, but finally decided to install it when I read about it once again on Bob Buskirks blog.

Quite simply, the plugin looks for a displays any other posts you have written previously and lists them neatly at the bottom of your posts.

Installation is easy. Down the latest version here. Upload to your plugin directory and then active it through your WordPress control panel. Once that is done, you will see a new option under the plugins tab.

Once you have it activated, you will need to create some new tables in your database for the plugin to work. This is very easy, just scroll down the options page and you will see the following:

Just follow the instructions. You should have no trouble, but if you do there is a read-me included or you can just go here for further instructions and help.
